Our Process

We keep things simple and transparent

Step 1 – Initial Enquiry:
Contact us by phone, email or through our website.


We’ll ask a few basic questions about the support you’re looking for, your NDIS plan (if you have one) and your preferred days/times.



Step 2 – Meet and Get to Know You:
We organise a time to meet you – at home, in the community or over phone/video.


We talk about:
• Your goals and what you’d like support with
• What’s working well and what’s not
• Your routines, preferences and any cultural or religious needs



Step 3 – Plan Your Supports:
Together, we agree on:
• The type of supports you want (e.g. support work, yard maintenance)
• How often you’d like support
• Preferred days, times and locations
• Any safety or support needs we should know about

We explain our service agreement in clear, simple language so you know exactly what to expect.



Step 4 – Match & Start Supports:
We match you with suitable support worker(s) and confirm your start date.

We then:
• Introduce your support worker(s)
• Confirm your regular schedule
• Begin providing supports in line with your plan and NDIS funding



Step 5 – Ongoing Support & Check-Ins:
We stay in touch to make sure you’re happy with your supports. If your needs or goals change, we adjust your supports with you.



Step 6 – Review & Improve:
We encourage feedback at any time.
If something isn’t working, we listen and work with you to improve it. Our aim is to provide support that feels right for you and your life.
